And finally cannabis is something I've used to help with my anxiety, depression, PTSD and it even makes my AS sensory issues a little less noticeable. It is probably the safest thing that helps........other then that I've found opiates and benzos helpful. I am actually hoping I can get a prescription at this next appointment for my anxiety because for various reasons cannabis may not be an option at least for a while.

I prefer it though since its safer than benzos, and defiantly safer than opiates but they aren't going to prescribe opiates for anxiety so I don't have to worry about that.

Any evidence of this? I do not doubt many people who smoke smoke too much but I don't know that its nessisarily accurate that its 'most' of them also though too much of anything is unhealthy.

its good in small amounts but im going to stop smoking after I smoke my last few grams. I need to get a job or do something.
