OCPD is obsessive compulsive personality disorder. You'd have to look that up to figure the difference between the standard disorder and the personality disorder. I'm not certain how the definitions of the two differ.

Just checked. The gist is that OCD people recognize the obsessive thoughts and see them as intrusive. OCPD people believe their obsessive thoughts are correct and not unwanted.
