How do you deal with people who interrupt?

I'm usually the one accused of taking things too far, so can certainly win at interrupting, back.

With my CP-related speech issues, I sometimes get interrupted by accident. I just put my hand up as if to non-verbally convey "Hey, I wasn't done".

Interrupting them back is also something you can do, if you're able to do it.

I usually just keep talking about what I was talking about before I was interrupted as soon as the other person pauses.....but it annoys me because I have trouble getting my thoughts back together after the interruption and I get flustered.. stutter a bit ect.

I just wait till the interrupter's done interrupting, I guess.

I can't stand people who interrupt constantly and are self-proclaimed rude people. I sit in my own head, whacking them with foam bats/hammers like a whackamole until I can safely get away from these fools.

Other people who don't mean to I just go "hey, I wasn't done" or give some kind of indicator of it, then talk above their auditory pollution if they cease to behave.

I can sometimes blow up in their faces, let's put it that way.

I WANT to hit them, yell at them, or make them stop in some painful way.

Sometimes I just keep talking like I can't hear them, and it makes them shut up and look at me, like I SHOULD be listening to them. When they do that, I retort: well, you SHOULDN'T have interrupted me if you wanted to be listened to when your turn came.

I also enjoy interrupting them while they're having their heyday.

Yes, I'm vindictive. But if you don't do it, you'll be a piece of carpet.
