 I do suffer from anger issues sometimes..when i am unable to cope with some situations..or when people give me weird stares for nothing!..i have never ever hit anyone before, my anger is mostly due to frustrations of life ..i can get upset if i have a bad day and sometimes my anger boils up inside....but i have never been rude to people..it's mostly anger at not being able to deal with social situations.

I occasionally have anger issues, but in my case I think it's linked to the hypomanic phases of Bipolar II.

Usually my mood is close to a reserved neutrality, but there are occasions that I become annoyed, usually this ends up as vocal outbursts and is followed by a period of bitterness.
