Yes, people consider me shy. But they are right, I am.
Though, many people confuse 'shy' with 'introverted', I am both of those so it's not a big issue for me but I'd imagine many are greatly annoyed by it.

People do consider me shy, but that's because I AM shy. I've been told I look shy too.

Yes, I get this all the time. I'm shy around strangers because I don't know what to say to them and my instinct is to avoid contact, when I know people I find it easier to talk to them and say more.

True; I look a bit introverted, also because of AS, and some people (though they're just 2 and they didn't know me well) thought I was shy.

Used to be shy in my younger days however a lot more confident nowadays.
