I interpreted this much the same way as you. I thought he was joking and "messing" with the interviewer.

On the first viewing, the only thing I caught was him leaning back and crossing his legs to distance himself from the interviewer, but that's only because I've skimmed body language books before. I totally missed his checking out her breasts, but could tell from his tone of voice that he was unhappy and sounded a little short-tempered. I didn't register annoyance at all.
