I do the same. I often have very detailed hypothetical conversations in my mind and I also recall large pieces of music down to the last note on occasion. I never really thought about it until you mentioned it, though.

I have hypothetical conversations as well, sometimes very realistic ones. I've had times where I actually was so into it that when I came out of my "zone", I was surprised that I was alone and wasn't actually talking to anyone.

My internal radio rarely gives me whole pieces of music, It's more just one verse or a chorus. I've had part of one of Mozart's compositions in my head for the last couple of hours. Can't remember which one it is though.
