random sense of something wrong
I think lots of people will get that and it is attributed to spirituality.
spirituality, what does that refer to
Spiritual people will say they have felt a bad omen or sensed bad vibes about something.
interesting, i dont really believe in that kind of thing but its an idea i suppose, i think its probably disoriantation that causes it in my case.

Perhaps you are suffering from derealisation. Totally taking another aspect, I don't know if this will offer you an alternative insight: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0586091718/? ... 0586091718
It's a fascinating theory, which offers reasons for a lot of experiences we feel
Despite its apparent materiality the universe is actually a kind of 3-D projection and is ultimately no more real than a hologram.
This astonishing idea was pioneered by two of the world’s most eminent thinkers, physicist David Bohm, a former protégé of Einstein, and the quantum physicist Karl Pribram. The holographic theory of the world encompasses not only reality as we know it, including hitherto unexplained phenomena, but is capable of explaining such occurrences as telepathy, paranormal and out-of-body experiences, synchronicity, ‘lucid’ dreaming and even mystical and religious traditions such as cosmic unity and miraculous healings.
Now, in 'The Holographic Universe', Michael Talbot reveals the extraordinary depth and power of his radical theory. He explains the theory behind the holograph and how it provides a model for whole areas of quantum physics. Illustrating the paranormic way in which the holographic model makes sense of the entire range of mystical, spiritual and psychic experiences, Talbot pushes the barriers to explore the implications for other universes beyond our own. Daring and ground-breaking, 'The Holographic Universe' is a classic in the vein of Frijof Capra’s 'The Tao of Physics'.
“One of the cleverest writers around today … his eclectic mind ranges far into the deepest and often most controversial mysteries of modern science”
Fred Alan Wolf, PhD, author of 'Taking the Quantum Leap'

interesting theory, i will have to look into that more, could derealisation have anything to do with disoriantation.

Not sure, you could do a little research to see if that is part of it.

What was all that? OP is just asking about spidey sense. It was a "yes or no" not "does Jesus make cheese on Tuesday" question. And yes, I do get the random sense that things are wrong at times, like maybe somebody I've known has died somewhere or something. Usually it is meaningless, or I never find out if there was a correlation. But I have, at times, had those ominous feelings confirmed - often down to the exact minute I felt it - so it's hard to know. Maybe every time I've heard hell's bells something horrible DID happen, but I just never hear about it.
well i know i have slight palpatations, and some of the doctors said my blood pressure was a little low.

If you research the theory of the holographic universe, you will see that in layman's terms, it is talking about everything around us not being real, it being a hologram. It explains ways we feel and perceive things (including unusual or even "paranormal" things). Therefore, it is offered as a potential consideration for OP, because feeling unreal, disconnected or disorientated are all ways of feeling or perceiving things, that if you are open-minded to the possibilities (as one should always be prepared to be) you may find the explanation within that theory. Just because you can't see what it means, doesn't mean OP or others can't. I'm not saying it's necessarily true, nor that OP or anyone else should buy into it, just saying there are other potential reasons that people can be open-minded to. That OK with you?!
