Every bad experience is an opportunity to learn something about yourself and improve yourself. Making mistakes is human, what matters is not avoiding them but not making the same one repeatedly. There's a quote that goes 'failure is not the falling down, but the staying down'. What's happened has already happened and you can only do the best you can now.
