What's so weird about that? It's perfectly normal. No you shouldn't feel ashamed.

im concerned since she is a female, she may not know how to properly examine me down there, and im super paranoid she may damage my testicles LOL. I also looked her up, and it says her hospital got 1/5 stars for urology, but testicle examinations surely are rudimentary?

im a paranoid person by nature ha

Hey, women get fearful of men. There's nothing wrong with a man getting fearful of a woman not being able to do personal examinations correctly, especially since you are of the opposite sex. There are a lot of doctors out there that suck, though. So, if you do feel a lump on your testicles, I encourage you to get a second opinion if she ends up being one that is horrible.

That being said, while doctors are never always right, it is important to consider limitations in what you may or may not know about medical diseases. For example, many people might want a test ordered that makes absolutely no sense medically. It helps to find a doctor that explains why it would or wouldn't be relevant, so you can understand your options. If you were talking about sticking up in front of Psychiatrists, though, your experiences and feelings are usually more relevant than theirs.

I am 26 years old and my mother still comes to the doctor's with me as i am not quite comfortable to speak to the doctor secondly i can get quite anxious as the waiting times in the waiting room can be quite long so having my mother calms me down a bit.
