It's hard for us to lie because we're too honest I think.

I find it difficult to lie as well. Usually the times when I need to are with my parents when they ask what I'm doing or what I'm going. I plan what I'm going to say beforehand and try to keep it simple. Or (more often) I tell the truth but omit parts of it and try to say as little as possible.

I can lie, but I feel terrible when I do lie (in general).

Come to think of it, it's probably a good thing that I don't feel good lying. Our world needs a few less liars, IMHO.
