I am always spaced out thinking about things or daydreaming. I'm not sure what the difference is. I don't build imaginary fantasy worlds in my head or make up stories with or about fictional characters. It is usually more like thinking about ideas or something I read or trying to solve a problem.

All the time.

Topic varies. Interests, obsessions, fiction (of all sorts) and dreams can all be part of it.

Okay, maybe as an addition: What are you all daydreaming about? (Only if you want to talk about it, of course  )

For me it's mostly people or stories from games, movies, books.. I take the characters and make up new stories for them... sometimes I imagine I'm with them, having adventures..

The same here. I do it a lot and have fun with this. But other interests are also part of my daydreams.

Daydreaming? Not strictly in a sitting down with my eyes closed and imagine it sort of way... Daydreaming seems to happen as I get along with my day as normal and seems to have a baseline effect on my mood, etc.

Daydreaming is a very big part of my routine. I can't get by without it.

I do it often. It's also normally video game or movie related. I also daydream my own ideas for video games. I daydream best while moving and listening to music. Music that captures the mood of what I'm thinking about. Or the music shapes what I'm thinking about.

All the time. I do have a specific fantasy world I retreat to often throughout the day.
