Do your sensory issues feel worse when stressed/angry?

That can trigger me to get the sweats as well because when I get the sweats that is a sign of overload but I can see why people think that getting angry can intensify sensory overload and trigger meltdown because the adrenalin then acting like some kind of amphetamine in that way. Yes I know adrenalin is also an antihistamine amphetamines can cause sensory overload and anger as a result. Adrenalin in this case would be a trigger for overload.

When I'm angry / stressed I drift off into a place inside my head. I'm not really paying any attention to sounds or other things at that point.
