My long-term memory and visual memory are very good.

I have troubles with working memory.
I often can't recall what somebody has just told me, or where I put a thing, or what I was going to say when I was interrupted.

I also have problems with remembering faces, but I usually recognize a person by other details (like, their hair color or skin color or the voice) so this is not really a problem.

I have quite poor short term memory (Did I lock the door behind me, can't remember the time when I checked my watch a minute ago).
However I have a much better long term memory than the majority of people I've met.
I can often remember what I was wearing and even thinking on some days even as far back as when I was a young child, I can remember almost every line of dialogue from films I've enjoyed and with my interests in military history I can memorise nearly every fact and number regarding battles and weapons that interest me.

I tested very high on memory tests, except for my working memory, which I struggle with (it tested as only average). However, when it comes to daily life and the stresses involved, I feel like my memory in general isn't as good sometimes. I am very easily distracted and may even lose my train of thought mid-sentence on occasion.
