am not flexibile at all in autism,am acutely rigid but its also due to having limited mental capacity which affects ability to understand any concepts and why they may happen;such as change, its a regular cause of 'meltdown'.

im flexible to a point but its not like I like it but I can deal with it

I am much less me-centered and inflexible as I used to be.
