Can you fire a psychiatrist and get a referral?

Yes, I can do it. But it takes enormous energy. And I can find myself putting off a needed phone call for weeks. If I was a rich person, I'd just hire a person to do some of this. I wish we had volunteers who could help in the same way.


I'm about to lead a conference call with a major corporation in connection with my govt regulatory job. Talk about freaking out/pressure!

Update: supervisor said I was "too mean but we got what we wanted." Lol

You don't have to fire a psychiatrist to stop seeing him or her. I know that from experience!
It's not hard. The only thing you have to do is never appear at the psychiatrist's office again. Easy as can be!

Dunno, but if I were you I'd stop giving a s**t about any of this and start doing exactly what we've been discussing via PM to see if it works for you like the magic it's working for me. Then all of this becomes completely moot & you can have your life back like I'm well on the way to having mine for the first time in my life. True story.
