It means that if you kill someone or shoot someone the consequences are extremely grave and very long lasting. It's just not not worth it to do that to yourself and definitely not worth it to hurt someone else like that.

But the diet will help you tremendously. Do look into it. It certainly can't hurt you. AuntBlabby is right about the O and A type generalities. Get the book called Live Right 4 Your Type by Peter D'Adamo. Find out what your blood type is if you don't know already. Eating the best way for your personal body won't cure you but it will certainly help you very very much.

You started another thread as well and I gave you some ideas there too. I really hope and wish the very best for you. You deserve such a better life and I hope it can start now.

Dylanperr: don't dredge up a thread that has had no activity in 5 years, and answer it as though it is current. Usually the people involved have moved on to other issues, and sometimes they are even embarrassed over what they used to be concerned with.
