Occasionally I order a batch of fluoxetine from the Indian places, but have since switched to 5-HTP and St. John's Wort, both of which are cheaper when you factor shipping. The latter seem to work better, whereas fluoxetine had issues and required me to drink more caffeine to have the same level of efficiency.

I had negative experiences with guanfacine, buspirone and other anxiety medications in the past. SSRI seems to be the best solution.

Sometimes I pop a caffeine pill or diphenhydramine for waking and sleep respectively.

Fluoxetine (Prozac) for depression. I also find it helps my OCD somewhat.

Medical cannabis. Need to get on a decent sleep aid to help me sleep when I need put bills and food etc before bud, (the pain I can just deal with) and something to fill the void left by a dependency from pills that my parents put me on, which I should not have been on and definitely not as long as I was. I need to get my brain chemistry back in order.

I will also say that Effexor is not the most effective med for me. Cymbalta was. Unfortunately Cymbalta is still on patent and I cannot afford it. On the plus side, Effexor is definitely the second best right behind Cymbalta.

Too bad you can't take Cymbalata anymore, it works great, especially on pain/stiffness and fatigue that sometimes comes with depression.

Cymbalata 60 mg.

Nasal spray (I think it's Flonase) and generics of Claritin to keep allergies under control, I usally only have problems with it about 2-4 months out of the year.
