"Normal" people can bounce back from such; what, working? Sure. Finding a new family? No worries. Looking after yourself without help? Simple. The disabled are lucky to do one of those things.

I disagree. "Normal" people don't tend to easily bounce back from what the OP has described - the majority of NT kids in that situation would end up with some sort of diagnosable psychiatric issue. It is possible to recover, but it's not easy for anyone.

thanks Im good now, I don't need medication ,thanks
That is good. It is best if you can get through without it. But if you ever feel like you might need it don't be afraid or ashamed to ask for that kind of help. It really does make a difference for a lot of people and you will never be thought of as weak or less than if you ever feel like you need it. But I am glad that you sound like you are feeling a bit better.

And you can always say whatever you like on this forum. We will support you.

Sorry about your cat. Birds sound great though. My friend has 5 I think and they are so beautiful and really funny too.

Birds can be very cool--I have friends who let them fly around their house (not outside of course). I'm sorry about your cat (on top of everything else).
Please hang in there--we're here for you.
