Taking 5 minutes a day to brush your teeth must surely be a low price to pay compared to paying the dentist when your teeth go bad?

I don't go to the dentist except for once in a while to have a tooth pulled. In the past I just never paid and now I have Medicaid that would pay for it.

My teeth brushing routines are quite regular + I chew peppermint gum during the day to get with of the taste of food.

On the other hand it's only been about a year since I started showering more than once a week. Now it's about 2-3 times a week and that suits me just fine.
