One of the reasons I have a hard time with appetite. I live at home still and my mom buys the food. A lot of it is processed and I look at it and think about how it's poison then I eat when I can't stand being hungry anymore. Then twenty mins later I'm hungry again.

This month I'm in a beans and rice phase. I bought 50 cans of red beans, pink beans, chili beans, grillin' beans, etc. My diet will mainly be rice and beans for a month. It was supposed to be an exotic meats month but I didn't feel like driving to the Asian market for the exotic stuff.

That is exactly the same as my diet at the moment!
Minus the fact that I have Nesquik Cereal for breakfast.

Usually most of the food my mom buys is not highly processed, so I have no problem with that at my house. However, it is possible for that to become a problem when I'm at someone else's house.
