The first one. With the hand.

#1 as shown. The others give me the impression of an environmental forum for some reason.

P.S. Don't forget to make a new logo for your new Autism Speaks division while you are at it.

The third logo. I get what you guys mean about it looking childish, but I like it.

I like the first two, but the first one is more sophisticated due to it's clear font.

Although the scribbled version is quite nice, I agree with Willard's perspective that it might lead to the apprehension that the Wrong Planet site in general would appeal to younger kids.

I like the font on the first one, but the coloring of the globe on the other two is much nicer, imho.

First one is the easiest to read.

I prefer the lettering of the first also. I liked them stacked, but it looks like I'm in the minority on that one.

I initially liked the "color pencil" logo but started to prefer #1 after thinking about what impression each logo gives. The color pencil one looks cool but implies more infantile which is the opposite of what WP is.

The first one, the non-stacked version.

#1 looks way more professional. You should use both stacked and unstacked. Depending on the space you are trying to fill. If you have a lot of horizontal space like at the top of the page use it unstacked. If you need to put it in a more compacted space, use the stacked one.

I like #3, alone.

First one is ok, but I like the bigger alien on the second one.

#2. I prefer the single line and the "sketch" look works better with the hand-drawn globe and alien.

EDIT TO ADD: Actually, have you thought of a non-sketched version of #2? I like the font you used for that one.

The top one. The scratchy filled in letters hurt my eyes.

#1, but I would reduce the size of the alien and possibly the size of the planet, because it creates a significant amount of empty space at the top, and if it's used in layout on web pages it's going to mean bumping a lot of content below the bottom of the window, which makes it look like the site is getting less activity. Using a logo with a lot of white space wastes a lot of valuable space, especially on smaller screens like phones.

Actually, I might even put the alien standing behind the "n" instead of on the planet.
