Use your autistic inflexibility to your advantage.
Pick a time to start studying, and force yourself to do it until it gets built into your routine. Don't even go into the room with the computer during this time.

DON'T pick a time to stop studying. Make a goal for what/how much you want to study in that session, and don't stop until you're done.

By the way, when I'm not feeling motivated I can sit on my computer chair for 9+ hours without taking a break, how can I stop this?

Set an alarm to get off your computer.

It's difficult, but I can do it. I have a) a study schedule for the week and b) a consistent routine (50 mins studying, 10 mins break). It might take some time to get used to, but you should be able to get used to it. I have a break timer app on my phone to help me do this.

I would also recommend a reinforcement/punishment schedule. If you studied 50 minutes without any unnecessary distractions, you can do something fun but not too engaging during the break, such as listening to a song or eating a snack. If you didn't resist distraction, then your 10-minute break would require doing something unpleasant or you wouldn't get to have a break at all. Just something I'm working on now, I have yet to see how this goes :)

ALSO: There is a program called Freedom that can disable all Internet access on your computer and it's impossible to stop it. I use this program to stop going online during lectures and during some projects I use the computer for that don't need Internet access.

P.S. Productivity is one of my fixations XD

YES, ABSOLURELY! I am in the exact same shoes! One day I can work, work, work, work, for hours without interrupt, and sometimes I can't do anything. I feel useless. I crack open the textbook, and my eyes go over the material, but it just feels like a cheese grater on my brain and I don't comprehend any of it.

I don't know of a solution. Anybody have any recommendations?

Feel free to PM me to discuss.
