Can very much relate to that.

Also my neighbor's constant surveillance over my back yard.

The thing that is freaking me out the most right now is preparing to get a job. Every time I even think about it, I imagine myself failing because I am incapable of thinking otherwise. My self-loathing and paranoia usually result in self-harm.

Interaction with negative people, particularly at work. Some of my colleagues are very negative and they are focused on the negatives of others (particularly me). If there are 10 positives and 1 negative, they overlook the 10 positives and focus on the one negative. Or they may even create problems where there's none. It's horrible to have people like that around. They make everyone else defensive and the whole place becomes negative and stressful.

Sudden change. Change in routines. Change in sounds, smells, lighting, food etc.
Anything stress causing like a crowded noisy room or finals all falls under a change from the regular routine.

hmmm depends on the kind of day im having. The other day the sound of a car going past was enough to send me shivering with panic but these sensory overloads only happen when im really stressed and or tired. However ive had misophonia my entire life as well as trypophobia both of which can seriously stress me out.

My OCD is what gets me everytime however. Right now my room is by a normal person's standard tidy, but to me its a wreck. Once I clean it up the most blissful calm descends. Until then theres background pain like shattered glass at the back of my mind
