There exists no valid, empirical evidence for any psychic ability, much less for precognitive abilities, and even less for Aspies and other Autistic people to be 'psychic' in any way. "Magical Thinking" - where the correlation is mistaken for causation - is both delusional and fallacious.
However, in the interest of scientific curiosity, I propose a simple test wherein (1) an alleged 'psychic' writes down a number between 0 and 10,000 on a piece of blank paper; (2) the paper is placed in an envelope that is immediately sealed; (3) the 'psychic' and the envelope are both placed in separate solitary-confinement cells; (4) 500 miles away, another person inside another solitary-confinement cell flips a single coin 10,000 times while a hidden video camera records the result of each coin flip; (5) once the 10,000 results are recorded, the envelope is unsealed and the written number is compared to the recorded result.
If the two numbers match exactly, the alleged 'psychic' goes free, with one-million tax-free U.S. dollars in his or her favorite bank account.
If the two numbers are off by even one digit, the 'psychic' gets to spend the rest of his or her natural life in the same solitary-confinement cell.
In either case, the 'flipper' is released with our heart-felt thanks and one-way bus fare to downtown Berwyn, Illinois.
OK. but does the number written down by the alleged psychic have to correlate with the number of tails or the number of heads or something else? I would predict that 10,000 would be the number of times the coin would be flipped and walk away with my one million tax free U.S. dollars.
