Anyone else get depressed during winter?

Yeah, and winters here wouldn't be considered cold, like 20ºc. I also get depressed when the sun sets and night comes. I feel like time is passing, one more day is going, my life is going, I'm nearer death, I'm dying, etc :lol:

No, I love winter, it is my favorite season. Winter in cold places with snow is best, I am a creature of winter. I also love winter sports.

I sort of knew a guy diagnosed with Asperger's, who experiences winter-like depression (from living in Finland).

I'm a bit more vulnerable to depression in winter. I make sure to open the window shade and sit next to the window when I'm indoors, to catch as much sunshine as I can. It seems to help.
