Not every discussion is a "fight." I enjoy a good discussion; if I want to talk to people who already agree with me there are forums for that. But I do lose interest when it's clear my opponent has nothing to offer but the same old fallacies.

And a bunch of you people that responded were some of the ones I was thinking of when I started the thread (the ones who don't fight).

I got some good insight here, the general gist seeming to be that somebody disagreeing with you does not matter and is not worth a fight. It really isn't.

I wanted to ask someone about that. Does it seem creepy to you, because it's not supposed to be? It's just a quick doodle I made on my iPad one day - one of the characters in my novel makes ketchup and I was brainstorming - it's like a guy mixed up with a ketchup bottle. It looks weird here to me for some reason. Of course now having written that out, it does seem kind of odd.
