I get car sick if traveling for a while. Like I don't usually throw up but I feel like I'm going too. This happened to me on thurs and it was only a 30 min drive. I was fine when I got there but then when I came home I felt sick again and dizzy and claustrophobic got home and sat on the coach for a while and I was fine.

Used to get it a lot in the car around age 13. Reading or writing while moving causes motion sickness, so I don't do it...and seeing spinning colors or fast erratic movement.

This brings me to my final query, is it possible to die from motion sickness?
I highly doubt it. You can get very sick but you don't die from it just like that. I could imagine dehydration becoming a problem if you keep puking everything out every half hour for like a whole day.

I had somewhat the same thing with a flight that was 8 hours long. It came out 7 times the wrong way but I survived it! :P

Have you tried Dramamine? It helped me alot, until I got addicted to the stuff, now I can't take it anymore. I get bad motion sickness, too, but it's not as bad as it used to be. It's the constant stop and go of riding in a car or any vehicle, or reading in a moving vehicle that makes me sick. I can't go on swings or amusement park rides, either. So if you decide to try Dramamine, just take one pill at first. It can get addictive if you're not careful; at least with me. Best of luck to you!

I don't see how you could possibly die from motion sickness itself. However, you can die if subjected to 10+ G-forces. You can start to black out at 6 Gs, and by 10, death is imminent.

I have never been motion sick, and I hope I never will. I crave vestibular sensations. I am my happiest when riding a roller coaster, particularly one that goes fast and has lots of air time, such as the Magnum XL-200.
