Girly problem & resulting sensory overload.
Not having your period can increase the risk for osteoporosis. That seems kind of unfair to me. You go through many years having to deal with this horrible thing only to lose it and develop this other horrible thing.
I have severe period pain on the first day, like I beg for death, and have to take muscle relaxants for it.
I've been on the pill for period pain and that made me develop PMDD, a menstrual mood disorder. It has made everything worse for me, especially since I developed bipolar a few years after that.
For me, the emotional pain can make physical pain worse. So you have to ask yourself, is it sensory, cramps a combination or both and are my emotions making it worse? I would recommend you try a muscle relaxant.
It sounds like a lot of you have PMDD which comes with thoughts of suicide. PMS is not supposed to be like that. You can get on anti-depressants for it, or the pill. I will never trust the pill again though.
