I use a very limited amount of the internet.
There is tons of stuff people my age go to that I will never visit.
And with WP, I will only use parts of it.
Mainly General Discussion and Random Discussion.
The rest of the website is just to big for me personally
and will also get that mental fog if I explore too much ground on it.
And phone apps. Have as few of those as possible.
Like that term, mental fog, have that a lot with different situations.

You could look into Vertical Heterophoria and see if any of that could be what you're experiencing... (Link)

For me, it pretty much describes many of my problems with brain fog, dizziness, clumsiness, sensitivity to light, discomfort in busy environments, and inability to read blocks of words without often reading confusing patchwork sentences when lines merge together. I'd see an eye doctor but, my insurance doesn't cover such things, so I probably should save up to do so since it'd be an easy fix of just modifying my glasses prescription to compensate. My eyes look aligned, but I have Marfan Syndrome, so I'm not surprised that the muscles behind my eyes are rather weak.

Just in giving up video games (haven't watched tv in over five years), and moderating the amount of time I spend looking at a dimly lit computer monitor has helped my mind quite a bit, as far as lessening my symptoms.
