Can't stand anything waterproof, but otherwise I'm not that fussed.
We have school uniforms here, so you're out of luck if you don't like 90% cotton.

I really have been getting into flannel(like pajama bottoms)with cotton T-shirt and soft fleece zipper sweaters.(until it starts pilling.)I like silk against my body but my hands must be filed of all "snaggers" or I will "die a little inside"when I touch it.Worst fabric was when I had to fold my dads polyester dress socks....it snags on any lose skin around cuticles.(Try and explain that to your NT mom).

Depends. Materials don't feel the same always. Some things are 100% cotton and they're soft and other things are 100% cotton and they're stiff and itchy.

A new sort of material has actually been my favorite lately, it's called "Modal" and it's super soft. I have pillowcases and underwear made out of it.

I'm not as fussed, which is lucky since the school sport uniform is polyester.

Suede. My shoes and jackets are all suede. Or wool for my really nice suits.

Probably Cotton or heavier fabrics, but that don't crush. Silk is nice but it's very light.

Smooth silk or smooth cotton. i can't abide scratchy or harsh cotton. I can tolerate cotton/acrylic mixtures but it needs to be at least 50/50. I scour chariyty shoips for silk because it's expensive new but I don't often find it.

cotton linen and silk, which they don't often make in the larger sizes. you are right i hate itchy cotton and some acrylics and fleeces are horrible and itchy like wool . leatheris ok. but all these things are expensive.
