Everyone has some sort of "social imagination", but in my case it is pretty primitive, apparently. I see how I lack theory of mind in a lot of ways. I don't have accurate and realistic social imagination..

Have you ever thought of social interaction as analogous to interactions between particles in space? Necessary and inevitable.

I'm not the most social person around--but it is a requirement for us to continue as a species.
