Yeah, I've always liked rhyming poetry. I also like alliteration and other word play.

Always thought there might be a connection with trouble picking up analogical language (metaphor, simile, allegory, etc), and being an aspie, since analogical language isn't obvious, though I'm not too sure.

Although not to discourage anyone, personally I find William to be a great inspiration, he loved to do poetry even though he was so terrible at it, he even found work reciting his poems in front of an audience while people pelted him with food. Poor guy... though he did make a good living doing that, his conviction to poetry is very inspiring.

I love how a website dedicated to him lists that he's "remembered and quoted long after more talented contemporaries have been forgotten." (LINK)
