do NTs notice that you dont make eye contact?

I don't think they can differentiate between eye-eye contact and eye-mouth contact, unless you are very close or if you look at their mouth, and then at their eyes (and viceverse) quicly.

If you don't make facial contact, everybody will notice it.

I guess I'm a rude dishonest dodgy person. That's kinda neat I guess. That will probably also discourage people to talk to me face to face which is good.

I guess they notice because it seems to be very important.It seems people aleaysbstand right in front when talking and the more thwy Luke each other the closer they stand I think. I would find it very rude and as a sign if aggression if someone came closer than a few meters and started to stare into my eyes and talk.

2 meters around me is personal space. But other people stand sobclise they can like touch each other.

i'm very bad at eye contact, but in high school i worked really hard to not just stare at the floor all the time so i can do it now, even though it's still uncomfortable etc...nobody has said anything about it to me lately.

and actually i find that when i do try to make eye contact, other people tend to look away a lot. i'm not sure if this means i'm doing it too much or if that's how eye contact usually goes with people. sometimes i just keep looking but other times i will also look away when i see them look away and then look back, look away, etc. i still need to do more experiments before i develop a sound theory.

I know my wife told me that ever since we were dating, she noticed I didn't make eye contact. Yes, others would have to know I don't make eye contact. I know one guy that always nudges me in the arm when he talks to me because I don't make eye contact.
