At 15 I had been delivering newspapers for 4 1/2 years after school & on weekends and then moved on to working at mcdonald's for the next ~4 years.

I had all of the same issues, but from the sounds of things, to a lesser extent. Also, I was not self aware of them at the time.

Anyways, pick something you're interested in and know you can do - or something you're not interested in but know you can and will do. Some back of restaurant jobs can be OK since you're not dealing with customers, i.e. washing dishes, prep cooking etc. Maybe retail/stocking shelves. You could do a data entry job, or call centre type job if you're into talking to people on the phone.

What's available near you? What are you interested in maybe doing for a living longer term? Ie if you're interested in becoming a long haul truck driver, go try to get a job as a shop helper at a mechanic's that fixes them, or washing them etc. Just to get your foot in the door somewhere at an entry level position so you can explore about the industry and meet people/learn things and then move on and up to something bigger and better when the time is right. If you're interested in the restaurant biz, aim for any job you can manage there. If you want to build things, try to get a part time gig as a labourer cleaning up construction sites or whatever. You get the point.

As for disclosure, I wouldn't say a word unless you HAD to. i.e. if you symptoms are causing you problems at work and it's necessary to disclose your diagnoses to an understanding boss, then maybe have that conversation when the time comes. Otherwise just try to pick a job that you can manage with your various issues and then do your absolute best at it and try not to have any of your issues impact work too negatively. Sometimes that's hard, I know, but we all have to try.

You all have awesome parents. My parents wouldn't let me earn my own money when I was 15. Than again, that was back in 1990. That wasn't the best year of my life with all that discrimination in the air of my house.
