^ Have you tried using a turnip? We've found it to be effective.

Woah, what happened to this thread? :D

To add to the topic, I have no beard, and spoons can be difficult.

I always spill whatever I'm eating or drinking on myself and everything else. It's inevitable.

Agreed, although food spillage would be even more of a problem if food just floated off the plate and into the air. Other than that, gravity is responsible for my many broken limbs and the inability to fly.

How to stop it? I try to do this

But it still fails me

I don't usually spill food on myself, but then I don't usually eat liquid or saucy foods that would spill anyway. I usually eat food I can eat with my hands. But yeah I will drop stuff and get little grease spots on my clothes.

Well then, what about spilling on the table? Which I seem to do quite often. For some reason, I always somehow manage to get food on the placemat, always.

I've given up and just eat naked. It's the most economical way to go.

Seriously, I never knew this was an autistic issue. I have always had this problem and others have noticed it and say that it makes no sense to them because they say that I don't eat at all sloppily, too fast, or anything they can figure out. Just, suddenly, boom,it's on my clothing.
