Does anyone else have trouble saying words

All that happens to me, too!

I've seen it happen in NT's as well.

Yeah that happens sometimes. I know what I'm talking about but for some reason I can't say the word.

Also, I sometimes repeat a word over and over while I'm trying to think of the next word to say. For example, earlier my sister was playing Fallout, and I asked her "Is it easy to get, get, get, get, get bullets in that game?"

i have trouble saying, reading and pronouncing words, and not only the words, but putting sentences together is difficult.

Yes, i have that issue too. Sometimes I even stutter a word out even though I have NO problem with stuttering otherwise.
