Rainy days
I love rainy days too. I especially love night storms and hearing and smelling the rain. I also love the song.

Wreck It Ralph
I am always hungry, and I choose to see the tiredness that accompanies rain as ?relaxing.?
When it's sunny out, I'm always squinting and I can barely see and I feel like my skin is roasting and I feel dazed and weak outside on a sunny day. On a rainy day, I get to fully enjoy nature.
Me too. I physically suffer when it?s hot and sunny, which in turn causes emotional pain and a higher risk for meltdowns. I also don't like to sweat for no reason at all. I can only deal with it whenever I get around to exercising, because it's a symbol of the amount of work I put in.
I like how the water washes all of the stagnation away, cleans things, refreshes things and makes everything all shiny and look like new.
I feed off negative ions and I just love the smell of ozone and fresh rain on hot concrete.
Also, it reminds me of how we can remain dry if we choose to, or go outside and just soak it up literally.
However, if it rains for anymore than about 4-5 days consecutively, I start to really tire of it.
So, I prefer massive thunderstorms with really heavy rain. It also helps me sleep - who needs a relaxation tape?
I like balance as well between rainy days, and nice days that get no hotter than 70 degrees. If I had to choose between 4-5 days straight of rain vs. blazing sun/heat what would you choose? For me it?s the former.

I love the coincidence of your avatar and the surname of the musician!

I find your lack of faith disturbing.
I hate rainy days. Here's why:
1) I was almost mugged and beaten to death while it was coming down particularly heavy. That led to PTSD, bipolar disorder and an anxiety so severe I had to go off my ADHD meds and I can't see a doctor on my own to get help for my anxiety.
2) The cats increase their inside urination when it rains.
3) I'm more cranky and unfocused on these days.
4) Lightning provokes seizures
5) I walk around everywhere and when it rains I can't. Plans are ruined - wah!
6) Clothes won't dry on the line.
7) Hate going to see live bands when it rains.
Clothes get wet, if I to quickly duck down to the shops.
9) Might slip.
10) Listening to people talk about how much they love the rain.
The grouch has spoken. Although, I like the smell of the rain. Just not wet dog/cat.

Given that situation, I prefer the rain....here's me in direct sunlight:
