I avoid direct sun light as much as I can. I burn very easily due to very fair skin. My eyes also hurt allot if I'm in the sun and my eyes water allot. The skin on my hands and arms seem to itch more in the Summer. There exposed the most to the sun.

Oh gods yes. For me its so bad I have had to spend my adult working life working graveyard shift! Spending more than say, 10 minutes in direct sunlight makes me literally sick to the point where I am likely to throw up. Sunglasses do help a little bit but not much.

i really hate overly sunny weather. it just seems so boring. and i don't really get itchy, but sometimes it just hurts to have the sun beating down on me. living in the drought stricken (and by that i mean it's turning into a desert right f***ing now) southern californian coast, where there hadn't been a single cloud or drop of precipitation in ages doesn't help either. and personally, i prefer cloudy, dark cold weather too. to the stereotypical southern californian, this sounds way too sad and gloomy.

on the plus side, i tan well and i've only had a few bad sunburns, even though i'm not that good at using sunblock/screen (what is the difference anyway?)..so thank goodness for my genes?

I don't get itching from the sun and can't remember the last time I had a sunburn, but I can't stand the heat.

the sun hurts my eyes and gives me a headache. I'm so glad we just moved to the Seattle area where it's overcast most of the time.

Hmm, it's not TOO bad for me. There are times where it can make me sneeze, over and over and over again for awhile. And cant stand it when it's angled so it's blasting me right in the face.

I tend to immediately recede from it and stand in shade, a movement I usually make pretty quickly, which along with the fact that my canines are shaped like fangs, leads to some people that know me calling me a vampire constantly.

I love the sun but it is very very bright. It's a rare occurrence in Scotland so I try to enjoy when it appears.

Yep!

When I was wee my mother would tell my sister and me to go out side and play "while the sun is shining because it might never shine again!" In Scotland, that is always a possibility.
