Is it possible to be have Asperger's and NPD?

I think it's possible but very unlikely for all the reasons waitykatie said. However comorbid disorders, especially those that have contradictory symptoms, can interact in strange ways so that one or both disorders might present differently than usual.

My [insert relative here] very well might. He definitely has NPD, but I'm not sure if he has "full-blown" autism or "just" sensory processing disorder with autistic traits. I don't think there's a psychologist on this earth who could give a definitive answer one way or the other. Poor dude's a total basket case. Without a detailed childhood history, it would be impossible to know for sure.
