I have galucoma so it kinda stings when i stare at lights for too long, but yeah i see where your comin from. Insted of lights i get distracted by like birds and stuff. Tree branches in the wind is my favorite thing to get lost in.

When I was younger I would put the tips of my fingers together and move my hands inwards and outwards. I'd just stare ahead and be completely lost in the moment.

Again, when I was younger I always used to smell my dad. Now I smell my dog and gerbils. I also love smelling freshly photocopied paper. MMmmmmm.
