Was taking abilify, 5 mg every day... terrible drug!! !! ! destroyed my creativity and was generally the least productive period of my life and I gain 2o pounds despite lots of exercise! and gave me this damn shaking in my hands! Never take meds again.

Valerian for anxiety, trazodone for sleep....and cannabis since that is quite helpful, much of the time moreso than the other two for both those purposes.

A low dose of hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. That's all.
