At the mall. If I'm not able go there at least once a week, I'll literally go stir crazy.

My room is one. Also, depending on my mood, the pub can be another. But obviously I can't go there if I'm an absolute wreck and need to calm down.

When I am not at work,80% of my time is spent in bedroom on the computer(love my laptop).Always a cat at hand,my coffee,TV making white noise in back ground, one very low light and windows completely covered. The few friends I have had, always refer to my abode as a "cave" because I like very low light, cover all windows and have tons of pics on the wall and my "collections" on every surface.....I like controlled clutter.

At work,I go into the "cat room" to get some piece from the howling dogs. It's a quite, safe, inclosed space.

My recliner-massager chair, and my bed. But if you turned the lights on bright, then nowhere would be good.

Bed, with book, pets piled on. Doors closed if it's cold and/or I really need to hole up.

Flower garden in warm weather, too. Planting, watering and pulling weeds is mesmerizing -- and calming.

On my sofa, which also functions as a bed (I live in one room), tucked into my mummy sleeping bag, covered with blankets, and the pillow over my head, cat attached. The shower is also good, and, if I were lucky enough to be living in a place with a garden, that would be one, as well. I like darkness of the forest, and white noise of the sea. My goodness, I'm quite the odd one, aren't I...

Other than my room: the garage (great place to hide out).

Your "Clubhouse?" Sounds interesting! Please expand what that is!

My special place is in my easy chair in my living room under a soft blanket, either at my computer, doing my art, or pretending to read.

If I'm down at the same time, it's in my bed, under a ton of blankets, cocooned like a mummy, with all of the lights off, and the fan on for "white noise."

Rjaye.

i love the garage as well, tools all around and overhead door(sorry, no opener here, not enough headroom between ceiling and door when in up position for the rail of an opener)

Usually, it's either in my bed, or at my desk. Also, another favorite place of mine is any kind of corner. I love to sit against two/three walls that make angles and i just love to sit against them for hours.

My clubhouse is a clubhouse for people with depression, mental health issues and cognitive challenges go. You need a membership, through my local Mental Health Office. I think that I might have spelled cognitive wrong.
