I like the ice creams that have chewy things in them, like chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cup, or chocolate rasberry. I am part of the crowd that believes texture is more important than taste (I have an essay about that saved somewhere), and that people like or dislike most food based on texures, with taste only counting for about 10% of their choice. I know this is true in my case; about the only thing I like based on taste alone is chocolate: I like dark (semi-sweet) and white much more than milk chocolate. Just another reason I think I lived in England in a past life; do they even have milk chocolate over there?

Milk chocolate is by far the most bought and popular chocolate in Britain. Dark chocolate and others is usually relegated to German shops/chocolate shops.

I want to try the Ben and Jerry's Americone Dream ice cream (the one with Stephen Colbert's face on the carton).

Turkey Hill vanilla. Sometimes Turkey Hill has a two for one sale.
Ice cream of any flavor is always great after eating "Five Alarm" chili. :D :D

Banoffee or anything chocolate. Cookie dough is great too, god why does everything that tastes nice have to be so fattening lol?

I once tried this low-fat icecream, and it tasted awful. :(

Hmm, there is a make called skinny cow that does reasonable ones, but then, maybe I have become so used to diet products over the years that I don't notice anymore! I remember as a child, I went through a phase where I would only have these british ice cream lollies called toffee crumble... I loved the crumble part. I just seem naturally prone to love anything unhealthy and sweet. I swear, if I had a fast metabolism, I would eat cake or chocolate or both every day in large quantities...to hell with cholestral.

That's the spirit!

Oh no.

Originally, Ben & Jerry's Oreo Mint, back in the days when you could only get their stuff in New England. Now it's Mint Chocolate Creme Cookie or somesuch. I also like their Phish Food, Cherry Garcia, New York Super Fudge Chunk, Chocolate, and Lemon Sorbet.

I also used to like Haagen Dasz Honey Vanilla (a defunct flavor for a long time)

I like vanilla with M&M's in it.
I like vanilla because it's plain and it smells good.

Macadamia Nut ice cream is very nice. As is coffee flavoured ice cream.
