Now I am anxious because I have to account for July. I've exhausted my FMLA, but I might be able to get an ADA accommodation for 16 hours a week. The only thing, though, is getting that accommodation might make me lose my benefits and not get disability. On the other hand, not getting the ADA accommodation could cause me to receive corrective action (termination possibly?), which would cause me to lose my disability, too.

I am so nervous and I can't stop thinking about it.

I just need to eat some fish and take some Benadryl. The fish will be ready in 4 minutes.

Ah, that fish was good. But now I'm back to worrying, though the 2/5 pound of tilapia I have in my stomach seems to provide me some weight.

Now I've finished the initial writing of the program, but it might not even compile! No! I had to use the goto statement as well to avoid a whole bunch of code duplication (which will make everybody hate me). I'm so afraid to test it out! No! Don't make me!

Wow, I wrote all that code and it compiled without a hitch! No warning, error, or anything. Now I have to do the dreaded check for runtime errors. Oh boy oh boy! I can hardly wait!

Some more, creating a cross-section (or pattern) and then snaking it along a path (via Extensions->Pattern From Path):

To a land of ones and zeroes from which one may never escape!

Strangely, my claims manager has not called me yet regarding my short-term disability. I wonder how much longer till I get the call. Also, the website has not been updated to reflect being out on disability. I called today about that and they checked the notes and said that I should just wait until the claims manager gets to my claim.

So I get to spend time thinking about all that!

Your roadmaker program looks amazing.

Sorry to hear you have to go on disability. Any chance of working from home as a programmer? You seem quite talented.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't know if I can program within deadlines. It takes me a while to get the spark going.

Anyway, today I am bored. :(

What about building your own program (on your own schedule) and then selling the program when it's ready - selling it online or something.

More than a few people have done well doing things that way.

Never thought of doing that. I've released some programs, most notably SMB3 Map Editor, but never thought about trying to get money off of them.

Maybe I can put it up for free and ask for donations or something.
