Not that I have a need for such things, but however I do have an old school hein gericke v-pilot motorcyle jacket. They came in suit sizes. Motorcycle jackets are made to fit tight, and they are heavy. The new ones do not come in suit sizes anymore 
. They are usually made for the short and fat. Or just short. I love that jacket. I feel really good wearing it. It was expensive. Like 450$ 15 years ago. If I did have a problem like yours, I would probably wear it all the time.
