I don't actually see these colors with my eyes, but I have a strong mental association of numbers with the below colors. Multi-digit numbers are normally the color of one of the digits within it (usually the first or second digit).
0-silver or black
1-white or pale yellow
2-blue or dark aqua
3-bright yellow
4-green
5-reddish purple
6-pink

The below numbers I only have a light association with color.
7-orangey-yellow
8-army green
9-yellow or orangey-pink

Numbers:

0 = colorless or white
1 = white
2 = bright green with a shade of turquoise
3 = pinkish red
4 = dark orange
5 = scarlet
6 = dark blue, inbetween dark ultramarine and bright navy blue
7 = silvery gray
8 = deep, bright forest green
9 = dark umbre, somewhat grayish

Letters:

A = rich scarlet
B = deep navy blue with a shade of indigo, nearly black
C = bright whitish yellow (almost white)
D = light brown with a grayish shade
E = deep, dark yellow (closer to very bright orange)
F = bright violet
G = deep burnt carmine, sometimes closer to chocolate brown
H = bright ultramarine (sky blue)
I = very dark ultramarine
J = lighter, brownish burnt carmine
K = vermillion
L = bright sunny yellow
M = bright forest green
N = navy blue
O = white or colorless
P = dark pink
Q = very light, shiny pink
R = deep, rich crimson
S = white
T = light, tender greenish turquoise
U = darker orange with a brownish shade
V = deep, dark violet
W = deep emerald green, maybe with a turquoise shade
X = bright pinkish violet
Y = light orange, inbetween orange and yellow
Z = very light brown

Numbers:

0 = White
1 = Black
2 = Red
3 = Yellow
4 = Deep blue
5 = Orange
6 = Green
7 = Brown
8 = Pale blue
9 = Grey

0-No colour
1-white
2-red

4-purple
5-yellow
6-dark green
