I also tend to say "Hello" during conversations if somebody is taking what I consider to be a long time to what I've said. At a time where most would say "Hello?", but I say it as a greeting. Tends to confuse others haha.

"Wish the star. Wishmaker the Comet. I wish you here with me." "Flyyyyy" (Both from my favorite movies called Pokemon: Jirachi Wishmaker.

I also do a lot of cat noises as well, if those count too.

I have many word stims that are tied to my moods. Most of my words are made up and I have no idea where they came from (a long time ago I guess) but by far the one I use the most is repeating 'cookie' over and over when I am excited or maybe stressed. Also tend to do my 'dog growl' when I am unhappy and don't want to speak. I don't really think about them, they are just a part of who I am.

Not echolalia but my word stim (if you can call it a word!) is doing farting noises.

I was out walking my rabbit one evening and was doing these funny farting noises to myself. I like to amuse myself like that. Until I realized one of my neighbours had popped out to have a smoke and was well within earshot of me. I never heard him; I smelled cigarette smoke

I don't know which is worse: him thinking that I was actually farting that much, or him knowing that I was making those noises by mouth

I do that too, except it's sorta like drumfarting, or beatboxing, but it really just sounds like farts, even though I can hear the drumbeat in my head. Sometimes it's just farts, no drumming!

I sing.

Singing isn't a vocal stim, you say??

It is when it's practically compulsive and you sing very, very, very badly.

I've considered voice lessons, not because I could be great, but just because the stim isn't going to go away any time soon, and at least I could be less annoying.

Mostly: "Ya´!", "Mmmm" or clearing my throat, or simply repeating the last word, I said aloud (to myself).
Honestly, don´t most people do something like it?

I do exactly the same! I always recite the lines/scripts/quotations to myself after I watched or read something. My whole family was quite annoyed by me sometimes.
I also like to repeat song lyrics or the melody in my mind. I like rhyming words. There was a time when I repeated Les Miserables the musical all day and night for months and even my mom could recite some of the lyrics since then (She speaks neither English nor French).
Sometimes I just play with my tone and make weird noise or speak *fake* foreign languages when I'm anxious or excited. I did that a lot as a kid but not so much now.

BTW I like TBBT and Criminal Minds too and LDSK is my favorite episode! :)

"PING!"
"Twit-twit-twiddle-it."
I recite pi when I'm stressed.
I also imitate bird calls sometimes, and attract birds and strange looks from people around me.

I don't. I only clear my throat when I actually need to clear it, but so do everyone else when they need to (and my father does it to convey disagreement), and that's not a stim. I don't do any of the other things you mentioned, and I can't say I've been around too many who does stuff like that.

I do this, too. But my repertoire also contains song lyrics.
Furthermore I tend to repeat parts of songs in my mind again and again (sometimes without lyrics, just the melody) when I am stressed, but I don´t always sing it loud, it´s just in my mind and stays there, what is probably the best for the people around me who wouldn´t like to hear two lines of a song repeated for many times.

Mine at the minute is the word 'wrecked' because all my friends say it in a jokey way and I say it in practically every conversation I have with them now. It was previously 'that's well harsh!', I literally said that to everything, whether it was harsh or not lol

Cat noises, as I talk to them in their language often.

Memorable stuff from movies, or star trek episodes.

I sometimes do Picard's "what the devil?"
or something from TOS like Sulu's "that thing's a giant hand"

I really like "Benny!" from Total Recall.

They all add some sort of internal levity to a situation.
