Of course this is just my opinion, but I kind of view the treatment of Autism like some sort of palliative care. I can work really hard to keep the worst at bay, ease the symptoms of it and improve certain aspects/quality of life, but the condition itself never goes away/lets up. To me, it's more permanent and "structural" like an arm or leg. You might dress it in a t-shirt one day and a singlet the next, you might feel hot or cold, sometimes the skin looks tanned and "healthy" other times pale, but the limb is still there. It doesn't shrink or go away and you can't amputate it either. So, people will judge how you've dressed yourself on any given day and that's just them making assumptions and putting a label on what they perceive about you.

Yep sleep deprivation makes me more anxious, super depressed, anti social, and hyper sensitive especially to bright lights.
