Thanks all. Also my mirtazapine is starting to have clinical efficacy. I've been calmer today and I've noticed my OCD has lessened a bit recently. I'm seeing my psychiatrist in two weeks time so will ask for an increase as I'm only on 15mg and would like more improvement.
